3D Artist (Games)

We are looking for a skilled 3D Artist to create high-quality 3D assets for games, animation, and real-time interactive experiences. The role covers the complete 3D game art production pipeline including modeling, texturing, rigging, and animation, with a strong focus on creating technically optimized and visually appealing assets. You will work closely with designers, developers, and technical artists to ensure assets meet both artistic vision and engine requirements.

Technical Requirement
  • Strong attention to detail and visual quality

  • Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly

  • Self-motivated with strong time management

  • Good communication and teamwork skills

  • Create high-quality 3D models for characters, props, and environments

  • Perform UV unwrapping, texturing, and apply PBR workflows

  • Rig characters and props with clean skinning and deformation

  • Create animations following strong motion and timing principles

  • Optimize assets for real-time engines while maintaining visual quality

  • Follow style guides, naming conventions, and production pipelines

  • Integrate assets into Unity and support iteration and fixes

  • Strong skills in 3D modeling, topology, and UV workflows

  • Proficiency in texturing using PBR standards

  • Experience in rigging, skinning, and animation for characters and props

  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Maya, Blender, ZBrush, Substance Painter, and Photoshop

  • Familiarity with Unity engine and pipelines

  • Understanding of real-time engine requirements and optimization
